Chester Marathon in memory of Janine Lee
As most already know, we lost my lovely mum in April 2015. I still can’t quite believe that she’s gone. I know I’m biased but I’m sure most will agree, my mum was one of the best people to ever grace this world. She was one of the kindest people I’ve ever known. My mum was in Willowbrook Hospice for just over 10 days and they couldn’t have done any more for her. Nothing was to much for them. The help, care and support provided to both my mum and our family both whilst she was sick and after she died was amazing. We couldn’t thank them enough for looking after my lovely mum the way that they did.
Me and Joe have decided to run the Chester marathon on the 2nd of October. Due to how much of a success the half marathon we ran at Aintree was and raising £1800 we wanted to try and raise a little bit more.
As they are a charity that runs solely from donations and having suffered so much over the last couple of years due to Covid and not being able to raise money the way they usually do, both me and Joe decided we wanted to try to help (again).
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
