In memory of Janelle

In memory of our beloved Janelle, instead of flowers, we would like to make a donation to her favorite animal shelter 'Humane Society Silicon Valley' in Milpitas. 

As you all know, she loved all animals and had a special connection with them. She rescued an abandoned pregnant pup from her work, which she named Lexi, she took Lexi home, gave her a temporary home and cared for her until she gave birth to seven adorable little pups. She tended to those puppies for weeks and found them each a loving home including Mama Lexi, who went to her good friend. She even bought food for the birds and squirrels that visits her home. A friend asked her one day, "why do you feed all these animals?" and she answered, "If I don't feed them, they will starve!"

The shelter has a brick pathway to honor its donors and our goal is to raise a minimum of $2,500 for a brick in Janelle's name. 


In remembrance of her, the brick tribute will read as:
