In Memory of Ja’Mya: Support Her Family

Hi Family, Friends, and Community. My name is Kim Snyder and I am the sister to James & Geraldine Snyder. It is with great sadness in our hearts that we reach out to you in this time of an unimaginable loss. I have created this Go Fund Me account in an effort to help cover some expenses the family will incur as they grieve this tremendous loss of their youngest daughter Ja’Mya. She passed away unexpectedly on July 27, 2024, at the precious age of 11. At this time we are unsure of the root cause of her death and we ask that you give her family space to process this unbearable news.

Ja’Mya would’ve been starting the 6th grade this upcoming school year. She was very bright, intelligent, fun-loving, and sassy with a big heart that filled any and every room. Ja’Mya was an entrepreneur and always had a hustle to fund her own beauty supplies for her hair, and her SHEIN and Temu carts that always stayed on full. She often thought of others as she would make her online purchases as well. Ja’Mya was big on family. She definitely enjoyed spending her time with her nieces, cousins and friends. She loved swimming, skating baking homemade pound cakes, sleepovers, cleaning, doing Tik Toks, and watching YouTube. She even wanted to do her own YouTube Channel at one point. Ja’Mya was loved by all her family and friends and even took on the name Neighborhood Princess.

I am calling on Family, Friends, and the Community to help raise these funds on her behalf.
