Hello this is Jamiel's family, we truly appreciate you taking the time out of your day to read our story. Our family was currently caught off guard with the passing of Jamiel Steele. He was the son of Jonquil Steele and Jamiel Christie. Father of two beautiful kids (Rosalina and Josiah), and a brother to 7. (Cortlynd, David,Parist,Landymn,Seth,Lekia,Cameron). Jamiel passed away on his birthday April 3,2024 at the age of 28. He was baptized a couple years ago. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Jamiel enjoyed watching football, Ohio state and Cleveland browns were his favorite teams. Jamiel was a hardworking man. Who loved to go to Dawghouse on his days off to have a couple drinks and hang out with Cortlynd and Landymn. Jamiel loved his family and children more than anything. Jamiel’s goal was to be a great provider and supporter of his loved ones. We will always remember Jamiel for being over protective of his loved ones and his acts of kindness. We love Jamiel and he will be deeply missed. Jamiel was preceded in death by Grandma Paristine Steele, Cousin Destiny Steele, Grandma Eva Jordan, Aunt Thorneta Payne and Aunt and Uncle Florine and George Gray.
