Saturday night, the evening of January 8th we lost an amazing soul. A son, brother, nephew, father, and husband. James Allen Buter, known as Jim by his close friends and family, passed away this evening. He shall be missed by so many dear and close to him. He was an artistic and talented musician who dedicated his life to music, family and the love of his job as a Union Glazer of local 963. A trade he very proudly passed on to his son Andrew James Buter. He has left behind two beautiful women of his life; his successful, strong, and amazing daughter Kaitlin Alysa Buter, and the love of his life, his other half, his life partner Dianna Jo Buter. Along with his uncle, Wayne Patrick Arthur, who has been a significant part of his family and support system, and has watched out for him until his last breath.

From our grieving family, we ask during this difficult time to help, donate, pray and send supportive thoughts our way. We ask, out of our heartbreak, to help in any way, to give this amazing man the proper send off he deserves. Funds will also help to get affairs together as Jimmy has left behind so many loved ones and unfinished business. We appreciate any and all support.
