If you are someone who had the privilege of working with Jim Goolsby, it's safe to say he is on your short-list of nicest human beings you've ever met.  

There was never a bad day, even with all the difficulties he had to deal with. Always in a good mood (except for mornings, those were never good), ready to help no matter the time or circumstances.

Jim built great things at FIU, but most importantly, he built great friendships.

He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all of us.
