~In Lieu of Flowers~

Hello Friends, Family, and Fellow Mourners,

We are here for donations to the family of Jake Smaluk. As you will have learned, we lost him on May 27 and are shattered.

What you may not know is that Jake's father-in-law passed just two weeks prior to his passing. This has obviously created a devastating emotional and financial burden for the family. Jake's wife, Tabatha, still has two children at home, and they have lost both their father and grandfather within two weeks.

We are blessed to have found compassion in the funeral home family we have chosen; however, we have had many unexpected costs.

Our goal, and Jake's wish, is to ultimately have his final resting place be beside his daughter Brooklynn. This also has presented its own unexpected financial challenges.

In lieu of flowers, we'd appreciate any additional financial support you'd care to donate to the family.
