As you all know jake passing away has left a huge whole in all our lives and he will be missed very much.

For Jakes family esspecially his mum sandra this was a loss that they were never expecting to have to come to terms with.

Having lost Craig (Jakes Dad) just a few short months ago the financial pressure on the family is huge which is why I have set up this page to try and support Sandra, Toni , Scott and Brandon with the cost of jakes funeral.
