My son Jake Hartsell passed away unexpectedly on 9/26/26. He was dearly loved by many people that he met around the world and who knew him through my golf writing. His two favorite places on earth were the Isle of Arran and Shiskine Golf Club. He also loved Dunaverty Golf Club. He had a love for life and the good things in the world that was contagious. I never saw a happer person than Jake when were together on Arran or at the Mull of Kintyre. This fund will be in his memory to support junior golf at Shiskine in Blackwaterfoot and Dunaverty in Southend, Scotland.
