In Memory of Jahanna: Support Her Family With funeral cost

Hi, my name is Stephanie and with a heavy heart I am fundraising for my sister Jasmine DeFazio and Jabriel Freeman after the unexpected passing of their precious daughter, Jahanna Arianna Freeman.

On Sunday morning, 11/24/24, baby girl took her last breath in her daddy's arms at only four months old. Jahanna had a heart condition. This girl was a fighter; she brought so much joy to her mom and dad. There is no doubt heaven just became even more beautiful with her there.

Our family would appreciate any and all support while they move forward with the next steps. All funds raised will help cover funeral services while they navigate through the most trying times of their lives.
