It is with the heaviest of hearts to share with you, that sweet Jacob passed away on October 18th 2025 in the arms of his courageous mother, Jennifer, surrounded by so much love.

Jacob’s journey hasn’t been easy, but he could always put a smile on someone’s face. He has touched the lives of so many in our community and the strength his mother and siblings have, is tremendous.

The last thing Jennifer needs to worry about, is the funeral and memorial costs, if you are able
