I’m setting up this go fund me request for my friend Cassie and my nephew, Jacob, who passed away from a heart attack yesterday he was only 19 years old.

He was an amazing son, brother, nephew, grandson and a friend to everyone.

This came as a shock to all of us as we just lost my brother 4 years ago and now to lose his youngest son suddenly is very hard.
