In Memory of Jacob Matthew Taylor

On Halloween night, Jacob Matthew Taylor attended an after-party at Marie Kerr Park and never returned home. The last text message Jacob sent his mom read, "I am going to In & Out. Can you send me $10?" Jacob was tragically taken from his family by gun violence at the park.

Jacob was a sweet, funny soul, forgiving, accepting of all, with a smile that would light up any room. He loved to sing, dance and play basketball. He called everyone he met his friend and would not think twice about giving you the shirt off his back. Jacob leaves behind his Father, Monty, his mother, Jessica, his little sister/best friend, Jade and his unborn little sister, due in early 2023.

This unforeseen tragedy has left the Taylor family shattered. The community has asked how they can help. With the permission of the Taylor family, I started this fundraiser to assist with the final costs of laying their sweet baby boy to rest. Let's show the Taylors that they are not alone and have the love & support of family, friends and the community.
