In memory of Jacob Diaz

Dear family and friends, after much thought we made the difficult decision to create a gofundme page in honor of Jacob to support funeral and ongoing expenses related to his passing. Jacob in his true form was warm, considerate, loving and always acting in kindness. One of his final acts of love was making his little eight-year-old brother, Landry, full beneficiary of his life insurance policy. This will guarantee that Landry has a trust fund in the future that is provided by Jacob. This act fills us with much joy because it’s a clear demonstration of his heart and how intentional he was to be a great brother.
