Jacob Andy Heath was taken from his loving family on December 27, 2018. As a parent I cannot not imagine the devistation and heart ache Nathan and Tessa are experiencing. Mourning the loss of a child is simply devastating. I hope by opening this fund we can come together with the goal of eliminating any finacial burden the Heath Family might encounter. Hopefully we can allow the Heath Family precious time together they need to begin the healing process.
