My name is Alyssa, and on February 12th, our family experienced the tragic and sudden death of our youngest sibling Jacob who was only 36 years old.

Jacob was known to struggle with mental health concerns most of his life, and his life was tragically cut short as he succumbed to his life on the streets.

Jacob loved and cared for his family deeply, even through tough times he would reach out whenever he could to see how we were.

Jacob will be forever loved, cherished, and missed immensely.

We are raising funds to help cover costs for memorial services. Anything raised over the amount needed to cover these costs will be donated to homeless and warming shelters in Saint Paul, places he often utilized to avoid the elements.
