On July 18th, we experienced an unimaginable loss—Isriael Dixon, born on September 24, 2007, a vibrant soul with a kind heart and big dreams, passed away at just 17 years old. His love for baseball, basketball, and football shaped his youth and allowed him to thrive as an athlete. After graduating 8th grade, his talent and determination led him to be recruited to play his freshman year at St. Francis De Sales High School in Chicago. He was a devoted son, fiercely protective of his mother, Analecia, and a loving big brother to his sister, Tiaurie, and his younger brothers, London and baby KJ. His bond with them ran deep—he held KJ close, guided London with quiet pride, and celebrated life’s milestones with Tiaurie in joy and admiration.
Beyond sports, Izzy was pouring his heart into music—crafting raw, honest rap lyrics that gave voice to his experience growing up on the South Side of Chicago and surrounding areas. Through every verse and rhythm, he expressed not only his reality but the dreams he held for a better future. His sense of humor and radiant smile could brighten even the hardest days, reminding us of the light he brought into every space he entered.
As we gather strength to honor his life and say goodbye, we are asking for support to help cover funeral expenses during this painful time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden on his family and allow them to focus on healing and remembrance. Thank you for standing with us in love and solidarity.
All funds collected will go to the cost of the funeral and burial.
