Support for Claudia Molera's Family

The Molera family suddenly lost Claudia's beloved mother, Omi and best friend, Inge, on November 4th. In Germany, Inge cared for her husband, Yürgen, whose health and mobility had declined significantly over the last few years. Their neighbor found her unresponsive, and the family was devastated by this sudden loss. Through the years, Inge visited her family in Southern California, and many of those who know Mike and Claudia have been fortunate to get to know her wonderful, generous and loving spirit.

Since Inge was her husband's primary caretaker, the family now faces many difficult decisions and financial burdens. Please support the Molera family with upcoming travel costs, funeral expenses, and the transition of care for her father.

Claudia, Mike and Sophia were my first neighbors when John and I lived in Redondo Beach. I've never met more genuine, giving people. Claudia grew up in East Berlin with her family and was always the neighbor who shared everything; kids' clothes, hospitality, and a good laugh. We appreciate any support for the family during this very difficult time.
