My mom, Helen L. Weaver, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 4th at Baylor Hospital. She died from complications of a lung infection that was not covid related. Helen will be remembered by most for her smile as a cashier and greeter for Walmart in Lancaster where she worked for 23 years. I attached a video of her sharing in laughter with my son Jonathan while we were on vacation in Hawaii several years ago. Her career with Walmart ended when she suffered a stroke that confined her to a wheelchair and long term assisted living at Beacon Harbor in Rockwall where she lived for the past six years. She will be buried with my father at the DFW National Memorial Cemetery in Dallas Texas. Walmart did not provide any benefit for her for burial so we are asking for assistance.
