Heaven's Footprints

My sister was due on September 19th, 2022, but on July 13th, she rushed to the hospital because she was no longer feeling the baby move. Once she arrived at the hospital, my niece was pronounced dead. My sister was expected to deliver and give birth to her daughter, who passed in the womb. The doctors induced her delivery, gave her an epidural and Pitocin and controlled her blood pressure with magnesium. Unfortunately, she suffered high blood pressure and was later diagnosed with Preclampsia. On July 14th, around noon, the doctors indicated her cervix was not dilating, and she needed to have a C-section or risk her own life. My sister had a C-section, and the baby was delivered at 3:25 pm.

Unfortunately, at 30 weeks pregnant, my sister suffered a stillbirth. This tragic and unexpected loss caught us by surprise. We were anxiously waiting to meet and prepare for the healthy arrival of our baby girl. Instead, my sister experienced the birth and death of her child all on the same day. The family was blessed with the opportunity to meet our little angel. We kindly ask for small donations to help with the funeral costs so that Heavenly Grace Gray can be laid to rest.
