In Memory of Hannah Reed: Family Support Needed
Donation protected
Another beautiful life that ended too soon, to addiction. Hannah Reed had just turned 25 and had battled drug addiction for several years. Just a month ago, she was released from prison and welcomed home by her parents. She had expressed her desires to turn her life around (she had dedicated her life to Christ while incarcerated), get active in church, find a job, and reconnect with family as well as finally getting to establish a relationship with her niece and nephews. Sadly, as too often is the case, she fell back into her old routines, reconnected with the people that fed her addiction in the past, and succumbed to that lifestyle. Now we say our final farewell to our beloved daughter, sister, niece, aunt, granddaughter, and friend. Her momma is in a daze, her daddy is angry, and her sister is still reeling... they are all praying this is a nightmare that they will wake up from soon.
Hannah is being cremated with a service to honor her too short life on October 5th.
As a parent, I cannot imagine the pure hell of burying my child. I cannot imagine trying to navigate daily living when my world has stopped turning, the sun is not shining, and the moon provides no expectation of slumber. Obviously, the expenses of saying goodbye to a loved one are often unexpected, even more so when your loved one is still so young. If you can make a donation to help Michelle and Trent with one less thing to occupy their minds, please do so with the knowledge that your donation is greatly appreciated. If you're unable to contribute financially, it literally takes less than 30 seconds to share; you never know who it may reach.
