It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of our friend, Gustavo (Gus). Gus, the beloved valet at Via Reál Restaurant, passed away tragically on Friday, November 7th, following an accident while working.

Gus was the friendly, welcoming face who brightened every visit, always greeting guests with a smile and a personal connection. He had an incredible ability to connect with people, but his favorite topic was always the LA Dodgers. He was their biggest fan, and asking him, "How about those Dodgers?" was a guaranteed way to light up his face and share a moment of infectious enthusiasm. He was truly the heart of our restaurant's entrance, and he will be deeply missed.

This sudden tragedy has left his immediate family facing unimaginable grief and financial stress. We have started this fund to support Gus's family directly with funeral costs and immediate financial needs as they navigate this difficult transition.
