As long as I can always remember Glenda has always been apart of my life. From changing my diapers, to taking me to my first concert at eight years old, to introducing me to music and movies. She was the cool aunt that was loud and honest and never held back about her opinions. When it came to family she was always there to help without judgement. She went out of her way for anyone she knew including family and friends especially during her sickness. She loved animals and fought for animal rights and cruelty and educated us about animals and vegetarianism. She was my mother’s best friend and was a second mother to me that help raised me teaching me about about values of love, forgiveness, patience, and courage. Although she was a jokester at times she befriended anyone that crossed her path making a memorable impression. As she got older, she wanted to educate herself and joined the church where she became an avid member, helping others that needed it while educating herself about being Native American. Although she was older she still continued to be herself, dying her hair random colors and wearing band shirts that she liked. She was free spirited and didn’t care about others opinion of her. Glenda had a love for the eighties especially for the music, where she attended multiple concerts. She loved Marc Almond, Depeche Mode, The Smiths, and The Cure, etc. On August 27, 2021, her life was cut short and she passed away. Please donate what you can to help alleviate the pain this family is enduring. All funds will be used to help with memorial arrangements and burial expenses. Anything will help my family while we grieve the unexpected loss of Glenda.
