Help the Jackson Family Rebuild After Tragic Loss in Devastating Fire

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unimaginable tragedy that the Jackson family is enduring. A devastating fire has claimed not only their home, but also the life of 13-year-old Gianni Jackson, a beautiful soul with Down syndrome who touched the hearts of everyone who knew him. Gianni, an 8th grader at Margate Middle School, was a loving son, brother, and friend. Alongside him in the fire was his faithful companion, his beloved dog, who never left his side. The bond they shared was truly special, and their loss is felt deeply by all who knew them.

The fire left the Jackson family—six children and four adults—with nothing. Everything they've ever known, every cherished memory, has been reduced to ashes. Yet, despite the overwhelming grief and loss, they are determined to rebuild their lives, piece by piece, and carry forward the love and light that Gianni shared with everyone he encountered.

We are reaching out to you, their community, to help lift them up during this incredibly difficult time. The family has lost not only a son and a beloved pet but also all of their possessions and their home. While they work to process this devastating loss, they need our support to start over.
