On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, our family lost its backbone, Freddy. There are truly no words that could ever describe the pain and heartbreak we are feeling. Freddy was so much more than a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend — he was the heart of our family. He was the person everyone could count on, the one who would show up no matter what, and the one who always made sure his family was taken care of.
Anyone who knew Freddy knows exactly what kind of man he was. He was one of the hardest-working men you could ever meet. He spent his entire life providing for and taking care of his wife, his children, his grandchildren, and anyone else who needed him. Freddy never hesitated to help someone, even if he had very little himself. He welcomed everyone with open arms and treated them like family. He never made anyone feel different, unwanted, or left out.
Freddy had a way of making everyone feel loved. He was loud, funny, and always “talking his mess” in a way that could make anyone laugh, no matter what kind of day they were having. His laugh, his voice, and the way he could light up a room are things we will miss forever. He had such a big heart and such a strong presence that it is hard to imagine life without him.
His passing was so sudden and completely unexpected. Our family is still trying to process this unimaginable loss. Freddy leaves behind his loving wife, his children, his grandchildren, and so many family members and friends who loved him deeply. The emptiness left behind by losing him is something that words cannot explain.
As we try to navigate this heartbreaking time, we are asking for help to give Freddy the memorial and goodbye that he deserves. Any donation, no matter how small, will mean more to our family than words can say. If you are unable to donate, we completely understand, and we ask that you please continue to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers and share this if you can.
We want to thank everyone who has reached out, prayed for us, called, sent messages, brought food, and stood by our family during this difficult time. Your love and support have meant everything to us and have helped carry us through these darkest days. Please continue to pray for Freddy’s wife, children, grandchildren, and our entire family as we learn how to live without the man who meant so much to all of us. We will love and miss him forever.
