Frank passed away tragically Saturday morning, July 17, as a result of a car accident. Funds raised will be used to pay funeral and/or legal expenses, while any excess will be split between donation to a charity supporting pit bulls, as Frank had two that were his pride and joy, and a charity supporting addiction, as his sister Tricia passed away in 2019 after a life-long battle.
