In Memory of Frank Fernandez

The passing of a loved one leaves a heartache that cannot be mended even with all the time in the world. Even when the passing of a loved one is expected, the pain is just as severe as if the loss was sudden. Frank Fernandez suffered an unexpected cardiac arrest on September 20th. He fought bravely and valiantly, but ultimately passed away peacefully on September 29th, with his wife Angela alongside him.

Frank was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, and uncle. He was a fierce and loyal familial protector who treasured his family’s happiness and wellbeing above his own. He enjoyed perfecting his grilling techniques, all things sports, and doting on his two children, Cooper (13) and Carolina (9).

Angela now assumes the most difficult role one can imagine. She not only lost her best friend and life partner, but she also now must assume the role of both father and mother to her children. Angela must support the family and navigate this new life role with no time to grieve the love of her life. She has no choice but to carry on for her family. No amount of money will ever fill the void of the loss of their beloved father and husband, but the financial obligations of the family have now been thrust solely upon her shoulders.

The family should not be overwhelmed by financial stressors, as the burden of grief is large enough to carry. Please aid me in alleviating even the smallest pressure from Angela who is an amazing mom and who is doing everything she can to put her children first in this difficult time.

Let us honor Frank and his legacy by supporting this family through this dark and arduous process.
