Celebrating the Life of Fong “Wa Her” Vue

On Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, our beloved father, Fong “Wa Her” Vue, took his final breath and entered eternal peace. For 8 and a half years, he fought a quiet and courageous battle with stage 4 renal failure, enduring endless dialysis treatments with a strength that inspired us all.

Our dad was a man of few words, yet his love spoke volumes. He was the steady hand that guided us, the gentle heart that protected us, and the kind soul who gave without ever asking for anything in return. As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he poured his heart into his family, leaving behind a legacy of love, sacrifice, and resilience.

His passing was sudden, and our hearts ache from the weight of this loss. We miss his presence — the way he sat quietly yet filled the room with warmth, the way his eyes lit up around his grandchildren, the way he reminded us that love doesn’t always need words.

We, his family, are asking for your help during this difficult time. UPDATE 8/17/2025: Our father’s funeral dates have been set. It will begin Saturday September 6th through Monday September 8th, 2025. We are still in the process of planning the schedule for each day and will update everyone again.
