On behalf of the Ortiz family we are starting this fundraiser for our beloved Father, husband, and friend Flavio Ortiz whom has gone ahead of us do to a hit and run. PHOENIX — One person is dead and three others are hurt after a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning in west Phoenix.
Phoenix fire officials say they were called to the area near 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road around 1:15 a.m. for reports of a crash.
Police found that two vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the vehicles, a black SUV, was unoccupied. The second vehicle, a gray SUV, was occupied by four adults.
All four people were taken to the hospital according to police.
