In memory of Evelyn Breton
Donation protected
This is on behalf of Martin and Beata Breton.
On May 9th, Beata unexpectedly delivered her twins, Isabelle and Evelyn, early at 28 weeks due to complications from Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. Each twin weighed 2 lbs and were very fragile.
At 4 days old, Evelyn became very ill and underwent surgery at Sick Kids in Toronto. Evelyn fought so very hard but her complications were too much and she passed away one week later at just over 10 days old.
Isabelle is still very fragile but is continuing her development and growth in the NICU. Beata and Marty are living in Toronto at the Ronald McDonald House so they can be involved in her daily care.
This GoFund Me is to help offset costs as they go through the worst imaginable. Both parents are not working right now as they focus on Isabelle and grieve for Evelyn. They still have a mortgage and pets to care for in Kitchener; car payments and have to pay for gas, parking and food while in Toronto.
Any help is so very appreciated by the Bretons as they figure out how to navigate this new reality, without having to worry about financial stress on top of it. Thank you for your time and your support.
