My name is D’Nia Fulks, daughter of Esther Fulks. Yesterday, around 11am my mother lost her life to a tragic car accident in North Minneapolis. She was a mother of four and very loved in her community! This is very sudden and heart aching for myself and my family. We are asking for help with the coverage of her funeral.
