In Memory of Eric Carlos — Supporting His Family

Eric was the kind of person who made every team better just by being on it. As a team lead for one of our strategic customers, he was the steady, dependable presence that kept things running smoothly, guiding the team when they were stuck and always looking for more ways to help.

He once described his role with Netrio as his "dream job," not just because of the work, but because the schedule allowed him to spend more daytime hours with the people who mattered most to him, his family.

Family was everything to Eric. He was a devoted father who was deeply close to his daughters, rearranging his work schedule to have more 'daddy/daughter time' - the self-described greatest joy in his life. In the past year, he had taken on a new personal challenge, diving into Spartan training and recently completing his first formal competition. He approached everything, including work, fatherhood and fitness with the same enthusiasm and heart.

Eric's passing has left a tremendous hole in our team and in the lives of those who loved him.
