This GoFundMe is for the family of Eric Chavez aka Ed Brown. Eric went in to the ER on Sunday afternoon due to only a pain in his leg yet he never came home again. That pain in his leg ended up turning into stage 3 sepsis & on Wednesday evening, Eric lost the fight.

Eric was a hard working, family man. He loved his only daughter Jayla like no other & cared for his nephew Jayden like his own. He loved his siblings & his parents. He was his family's keeper; strict, but because he wanted to protect them. He was a poet & a musical genius; his lyrics touched people's hearts. He was a comedian, always had everyone laughing. He was a healer, helping in any way he could. He was a fighter; he literally fought till his last breath.

Eric was the man of the house & the family is definitely going through the most difficult time of their lives. Any money that is raised is going straight to the family for funeral costs & any other expenses that may occur as the family is having to miss days of work to mourn & prepare for the funeral. Any little bit is greatly appreciated.
