In Memory of Emily Green

Dear friends, family, and the TAPLAP reddit community,
It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of our Emily Green who was stricken unexpectedly by a sudden illness. According to the medical professionals, she died of unknown causes leading to brain death.
Emily was only 40 years young. For those of you that knew her, you knew that Emily was a strong willed individual with a huge heart. Her passing is an unfathomable loss to her family and friends.
Emily brightened the lives of so many with her very kind soul, wonderful sense of humor, amazing intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
It would be impossible to count how many people Emily touched in her life. Emily was a rare individual who possessed very strong intuitive skills which came naturally to her. She loved helping people and providing advice to those who needed it, and many who didn't even know they needed it!
Emily left behind her husband and soulmate Charles Lindstrum, her doppelganger daughter who she adored, Grace age 10, mother Gail Sudduth, father Doug Ostrander, and brother Dr. Tom Ostrander.
Much to the disappointment of many, Emily has also left behind a thriving plant business which she managed through the reddit site TAPLAP (Take a Plant Leave a Plant) under the name of u/partyinmyplantss.
As you can imagine, Charles was not at all prepared for the financial burden that that comes along with the expansive (and expensive) tests which were preformed in the hospital in order to decipher Emily's symptoms and provide the best care possible. There also will be the cost of a proper funeral service and burial, and he will be shouldering the loss of her income which helped with day to day expenses. That is why I am reaching out to you all in hopes that you’ll show your support. Emily would never have wanted to burden anyone with these excessive bills.
Thank you so much for even considering to donate and for taking the time to read about our Emily. She loved you. I mean it. Even if she didn’t know you directly.
