I write this with tears in my eyes as we learned of the devastating and senseless loss of Emily Finn on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Emily leaves a hole in the lives of her mother, father, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. As this family grieves a true treasure of a girl, I ask that our community come together in support of them as they struggle through this inexplicable loss.

To know Emily is to love her, as she became part of the fabric of the lives she touched in her generous and kind way. Through her many years as a dancer, the children she taught as she prepared for a future as a teacher, and simply as a friend to so many, she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
