In Memory of Elvira Guarin Santiago

My name is Charisse Garcia and I started this GoFundMe to help the Santiagos during a most difficult time. On August 9 at 3:20 pm (Manila time), our Creator called Mrs. Elvira Guarin Santiago home. On behalf of her family, I am asking for any financial assistance that you might be able to offer to help cover the cost of the funeral and burial.

Elvira Guarin Santiago was born and raised in Arayat, Pampanga. She is predeceased by her son, Jerry and survived by her husband, Angel, her children Dennis (with wife Kit), Gina (with husband Jess), Irene (with husband Jerry), Gary (with wife Lynneth, Alvin (with wife Lala). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren who will surely miss her.

Elvira, who her kids lovingly call Ima, was a school teacher and a long time member of St. Catherine of Alexandria in Arayat, Pampanga. While she was called by a few different names -Tita or Ma'am Elvie by her family and friends, Lola Ma or Grandma by her grandkids, she sought only to be a faithful child of God. She served the Church as a Catechist and took joy in her humble service before her passing.

Her funeral is scheduled on Saturday, August 12th, with Mass starting at 9am in St. Catherine of Alexandria in Arayat, Pampanga.
