At the request of the family, I am sharing the following details and creating this GoFundMe.

On June 11th, 2025, our hearts were shattered by the sudden and tragic loss of Elora-Rose Carter, a beautiful, joyful 1-year-old girl who drowned in a heartbreaking accident at her apartment complex pool in Florida.

Elora-Rose was the light of her family's life — a sweet soul with a radiant smile who brought joy to everyone she met. Her parents, Lindsay and Josh Carter, are devastated by this unimaginable loss. She leaves behind her big brother Colton, who adored her, and her unborn baby brother Wyatt, who will grow up hearing stories of the sister who loved so deeply in her short time here.

The Carter family is originally from Kentucky and wishes to bring Elora-Rose home to lay her to rest surrounded by loved ones. We are asking for your help to cover the funeral and transportation expenses during this incredibly painful time.
