In memory of Elizabeth Oreshkin

"Despite being in hospital and fighting for life herself Liz was, during her last months on earth, worrying about disadvantaged children not being able to get to school and seeking ways that she could help them. In memory of this special woman, instead of flowers, we would like to make a real difference and fundraise for The Smith Family back to school appeal and to support those in need. The Smith Family helps disadvantaged young Australians to succeed at school, so they can create better futures for themselves.  It was always Liz's wish to help children through school where their parents could not, as she had a similar experience of being singled out as poor and different when she was a child at school. By supporting us today, you can help us sponsor a child or children in need, and in honour of Liz the child will continue to be sponsored through their school journey. Help the memory of our beloved wife and mother carry on through this very special fundraiser.” Money raised will be transferred into a special account set up by Paul Oreshkin.
