In loving memory of Elisa Rachel Hernandez Salazar

Born on July 26, 1984, and called home to Heaven on October 6, 2025, at the age of 41, Elisa Rachel Hernandez Salazar was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend whose kindness and faith touched everyone around her. Elisa had a heart full of love. she always made sure everyone else was okay, even when she wasn’t. She dedicated her life to her three beautiful daughters, doing everything she could to give them strength, love, and guidance. Elisa’s faith was strong, and we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace, rejoicing with Jesus and singing with her Grandpa Joe in the heavenly choir. Her mother shared these heartfelt words:

“I am so heartbroken. My beautiful daughter Elisa Hernandez Salazar went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus. She was in a fatal car accident. She leaves behind her three precious daughters. She loved them so much and was very proud of the young ladies that they are. We miss her. Sing with your Grandpa Joe in the heavenly choir with your beautiful voice. Mom and Dad love you. Your brothers and sister miss you too.”

Elisa’s passing has left a deep ache in the hearts of all who knew her. As her family grieves this unimaginable loss, we ask for your prayers and support for her daughters as they face life without their loving mother.
