On December 31, 2025 Elijah Sage LeJeune tragically lost his life at only 15 years old. Elijah suffered an accidental gunshot to the chest… His brothers unfortunately witnessed him take his last breaths, as his older brother tirelessly performed CPR on him. NO ONE should experience such a grave loss, but ESPECIALLY around the holidays this hits different. Burial costs are outrageous for ANYONE during this time, but this unexpected tragedy is leaving Elijah's family with the burden of attempting to secure funds for his funeral. The cost of travel expenses (since the incident was not where he resides) is also a factor. His family will be missing work and are in great need during this horrific time.

To know Elijah was to love him. His magnetic and charismatic personality was rare, especially for his age. He was wise beyond his years and highly intelligent. His emotional and self awareness were unmatched, and he never met a stranger. Elijah was one of the kindest, most gentle souls. This loss is a great one. He always made everyone around him laugh and behaved as a true gentleman. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend.
