Hi, my name is Don Bartlett and Elayne was my best friend for 31years with 14 of those years as my wife. To honor her memory we are raising money to sponsor a Kennel at the Safe Animal Shelter, a nonprofit organization working to reduce the number of cats and dogs euthanized in Clay County, Duval County, Northeast Florida and the surrounding areas. Elayne's "Love" didn't stop with us, she shared that love with animals as well. She would always comment that it was no coincidence that DOG spelled backwards was GOD. She said they were a gift to us from GOD. She always loved her pets as part of our family. She grieved them when they left and felt blessed to have them in her life. The Kennel will have a sign in her memory . Our goal will allow us to sponsor this Kennel for 5 years. My goal is to continue this memorial until GOD calls me. Thank you so much!
