We want to give Edelmiro Rodriguez the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. Edelmiro Rodriguez joined our IDEA Public Schools Team & Family on July 2, 2018, as a Warrior with IDEA North Mission. Our Athletics Department enjoyed when he drove them to games and other events. Our Front Office staff knew him well. He was always willing to lend a hand and never thought twice about it, even when it called for becoming the Christmas recruiting Santa Bus Driver. The Transportation Team at IDEA North Mission knew him as “Miro.” He would enthusiastically accept any trip- it did not matter to him where it was going, when it was going, when it was returning, or who he was taking. His words were always “I got it, don’t worry...” and he'd keep his word.... So we never had to worry.

He was a co-worker, a friend, and a brother to our North Mission team.

Edelmiro Rodriguez exited the bus for the last time on 7-22-2022 and ended his journey on 7-24-2022.
