In Memory of Douglas Williams

Hi everyone.

This is Kaitlynn, Douglas’s eldest daughter. Unfortunately, he passed away this morning, June 15, 2025. As many people know, my dad struggled with his health significantly. He’s been in and out of the hospitals for the last couple of years. This time it finally got the best of him.

This news is shocking to us all. He wasn’t supposed to go yet. He’s only 47 years old. He was an amazing father and was always here for our family no matter what.

We are trying to raise money to have a service for my dad. He wouldn’t want anything extravagant but he would want his friends and family together. We don’t have any plans for that yet.

Some of you also know that we have had horrible financial struggles in the last year. With dad losing his job in January 2024 and trying to get employed again, we have had a hell of a hard time. Mom and I are still doing deliveries; instacart, doordash, uber, spark, etc. I just want to be able to celebrate my dad’s life and not have to lose everything we have.

We are also likely losing our home within the month. We don’t have enough income to afford our rent. We don’t want Sabrina to have to stop dancing either, he would want her to dance everyday if he could. He loved watching the gleam in her eyes when she danced. Please any help you can give we would greatly appreciate it so much.
