In Memory of Donovan Perez Cox

Donovan Perez was born and raised in Brooklyn. From young, Donovan took a liking to basketball and he played throughout his school years. Donovan was an avid music lover and he even recorded his own music. He also loved playing video games, one of his favorite games to play was NBA 2K. Donovan met his beautiful wife Meghan in 2017. Together they created my beautiful niece Izzy who was born in October 2018. He married Meghan on February 19, 2019 and was a loving, committed husband and father.

Unfortunately on Tuesday at 9:41 pm March 14th, 2020 my older brother Donovan Perez passed away. After a week long fight in the hospital to get better he succumbed to his injuries. Passing at the young age of 22, Donovan is survived by his mother Nancy, father Andre, wife Meghan, and my beautiful adorable niece, his 1 year old daughter Izzy. He also had 5 brothers who loved him dearly - Kamari, Jonathan, Joshua, Jamie and I are all devastated by this loss and we trying to process it all.

 Getting proper services for our brother outweighs any other priorities we have at this time. During these tough times we understand that funds are hard to come by so we appreciate any donation, whether it be $1, $5, $10 or whatever you would like to donate.
