In Memory of Dominik's Life Legacy

Every Euro raised will be going directly to the fund for Dominik’s unborn daughter

Our dear friend and colleague Dominik (just turned 27) died on the 19th of January during a tragic car accident on his way to the airport, ready to come back to Barcelona and start a new chapter of his life with his girlfriend Anna - 7 months pregnant with his unborn daughter.

Both Dominik and Anna were in the car during the horrible accident and thankfully, Anna and the unborn daughter miraculously survived the crash with minor injuries.

With this campaign we are honoring Dominik’s legacy and setting up a fund for his unborn daughter so that she is able to enjoy an international education and travel the world - as Dominik would have done for her if he were still alive.

We want his daughter to know what an amazing father she had. We want to share with everyone what a great person he was, his positivity, energy for life, humble personality and just energy that electrified everyone around him. 

What made Dominik -  or as his fellow Gartner colleagues used to call him - Dom or Mr. Schwarzenegger - the incredible force of nature that touched so many lives?

Dominik, what a great mind a heart! I still remember the 6-weeks academy with you, when you showed us great reggaeton singing skills because we locked you outside of the room so you would be 1mn late. We didn’t even know each other yet, and you were the first one to help me out with role plays after work hours! Du hast immer mich gezwungen Deutsch mit dir zu sprechen ! And also tried so many times to make me go with you to the gym (which wasn’t that successful). Our last “Christmas dinner” together with the girls, felt like being in this bubble and family.  Every day in the office, you were spreading such a positive vibe and fighting spirit, the one of us who had conducted 40+ sales cycles in a couple of months! Inspiring! And last but not least, your communicative (and unstoppable) laugh… unforgettable. You will be missed.
