With deep sorrow, we share the heartbreaking news of the sudden passing of our beloved brother, husband, son, and friend. He was found lifeless and alone in his home, leaving his young wife and both families devastated beyond words.

He was a student at the University of San Francisco, where he began his MBA program in August 2024. Brilliant, disciplined, and full of hope, he was preparing for his CFA Level 3 exam in January. His dreams were big, and he worked tirelessly toward a future filled with promise.

He and his wife married 11 months ago, planning to celebrate their first anniversary on January 10. She joined him in the U.S. in March 2025, excited to build their life together while he continued his studies. Their joy was deep, even though their time together was painfully short.

He was expected to complete his MBA in May 2026, but this unimaginable tragedy ended his journey far too soon.

This loss is not only emotional — it comes with significant financial burdens. Whether he is laid to rest here in the U.S. or transported home to Nigeria, the costs are extremely high and urgent.
