In the early morning hours of April 16th, my brother Jason, his brothers and family suffered the loss of my nephew Derek, who was weeks away from turning 19. We are just absolutely heartbroken and are trying to process no longer having him here with us. My brother and family will now have the unimaginable task of planning services.

All proceeds will go towards services and other related/unexpected costs.
