We are heartbroken to share that our beloved colleague and friend, Dean Sauls, has passed away. Dean was an integral part of the Snyder HVAC family for over 20 years, leaving behind a legacy of excellence, mentorship, and kindness.

As our Quality Control Specialist for the HVAC installation division, Dean led 10 install teams and trained dozens of professionals to deliver the highest standards of service. His dedication, work ethic, and generous spirit touched thousands of clients and every member of our team.
