In memory of David Frame, the family wishes to purchase a vital signs monitor to thank Scarborough General Hospital Tower 2 nephrology ward for their wonderful care.
While we were spending our final hours with Dave, we noticed that the nurses had only a single working vital signs monitor for the ward. They were forced to move it around to multiple patients, wasting their time and energy.
We have been in contact with the hospital. An additional vital signs monitor costs $3000. In lieu of flowers and cards, we are asking for donations toward purchasing this equipment. This will help to improve the care of others like him in the future.
