On September 12, 2025, Dashanna’s life was tragically and violently taken from her. In a heartbreaking turn of events, while trying to escape danger, she was shot multiple times at her aunt’s home, and despite the urgency of the moment, she was unable to receive the help she needed. At just 21 years old, Dashanna was full of energy and promise, and her bright future was abruptly cut short.
